At CoinVixen, making a deposit is as easy and flexible as possible. To make a deposit:

- After making a deposit, click on CONFIRM

At CoinVixen, the withdrawal process is as easy and flexible as possible. To begin the withdrawal process:
- On desktop, click on 'Wallet', 'Withdraw', 'WITHDRAW FUNDS',
- On mobile, click on the navigation icon ' ', Wallet', 'Withdraw', 'WITHDRAW FUNDS',
- Please make sure you've added at least one payment information. Preferrably, your bitcoin wallet address,
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw in the amount field,
- Enter withdrawal pin, or request withdrawal pin
- Click on CONTINUE.
Cryptocurrency transactions are confirmed on various Blockchains, which is often overloaded, when this happens, a transaction fee is incured by the withdrawer. Otherwise, it is stuck in the blockchain queue, and is likely to be overridden and subsequently deleted. Withdrawal pin is a unique alphanumeric string value automatically generated to facilitate users withdrawals seamlessly.
The amount charged for a withdrawal pin is not fixed, it is depended on some detailed factors:
- The amount about to be withdrawn,
- The time the withrawal request was made,
- The Cryptocurrency market cap.
Withdrawals can made at any time via the withdrawals page. All withdrawal requests are processed immediately.
CoinVixen may apply a holding period on your recent crypto transactions for security purposes. The length of the holding period depends on a number of factors including your payment method, currency and the presence of any abnormal activity or security concerns associated with your account.
